Online Learning
Online learning, as differentiated from online teaching, does not seem to have as many resources available as it should. There is some change in this, especially as students gain agency and begin writing from their own research and experiences. This page will be a collection of resources for students and teachers on this vital subject of reflection.
How to Be an Online Learner
Learning to Learn Online (Csabai, et al., 2020) is a book written by students at the University of Windsor. It seeks to meld both experience and research to answer the questions: what does it mean to 'learn' online? How might a student do that successfully?
A Conversation with the CCO (Warren, 2020) is a webinar seeking to answer the question: what does it mean to be an adult online learner? The main takeaway (which I thought up while I was presenting) is that successful online learning happens in the intersections of communication, collaboration, and virtue.
